Had led external business assessments for several large Indian organizations under the CII banner for CII EXIM Award for Business Excellence.Prior to joining Infosys in 2000, I was with ALSTOM and managed Product Sales for 3 years, did product development for 3 years and was a shop floor in-charge for feeder shops.I am a lifelong learner and have completed several leadership programs from Ivy League Institutes. Viz in Aug'23, as part of select 50 leaders cohort, completed an immersive in-person 5 day leadership program at Stanford GSB Campus. In Mar'24, completed Disruptive Strategy Certificate from Harvard Business School, In May'24 an AI Certification from Northwestern Kellogg Univ. Prior to that, completed a Financial Leadership Program from Stanford and a Strategic Influence from Wharton University. Currently doing Leading Organizations and Change from MIT.As a Leadership Coach, I am a Life Time Hogan Certified Professional. Completed 164 hours of training in the pursuit of PCC Level Accreditation from International Coaching Federation.
