Summary Finalization of tender documents specification, BOQ & tender drawings in coordination with the Client. Coordinating with vendors for sending pre-qualification details as per the Clients requirement. Maintaining all the Documents in the project as a Document Controller. Preparation of vendor’s comparative based on their pre-qualification. Coordinating with vendors for getting Guaranteed Technical Particulars & commercial terms for Chillers, AHUs, CRAC units, PAC units, VRV units from the vendors. Preparation of Technical Comparatives & Commercial comparatives for Chillers, AHUs, CRAC units, PAC units, Undertaking negotiations on HVAC, BMS, FPS, PAC and Chiller Packages Coordination with Vendors, Consultants, Client & commissioning team. Reviewing Drawings and Technical Submittals in order to obtain sign off from the consultants. Project Planning & Execution of HVAC Hi & Low Side Works. Monitoring the Daily Progress of work & coordination. Tracking & Checking the Supply of materials / equipments at the site.  Installations & Erections of Chillers at site as per drawings, specifications & BOQ. Controlling the floor activity, looking after weekly and monthly reporting and report review. Preparing MOM, Weekly Reports, fortnightly reports & other MIS systems. Preparing Quality Audit Report for HVAC Package. Heavy Crane movement at site coordination for lifting & shifting of HVAC equipments. Review the preparation of test mechanisms; certifying that HVAC&R systems, subsystems, and equipment have been installed, calibrated, and started and are operating according to the Contract Documents. Handling testing & commissioning of equipments or materials in HVAC as Chillers, Chiller Plant Manager, Pumps, Pump Logic Controller, AHU, CSU, CRAC, PAC, VAV, Air balancing & all other activities. Checking of all HVAC systems communication check list through mediator for BMS integration.
