Bodies, Accommodation of Staff Management, Meeting & Events Coordination, Handling general administration such as telecommunication, arrangement of accommodation in hotel, maintenance of guest house, transportation & security and safety arrangements of the Project Site.Responsible for Manpower planning, Recruitment, Selection, Induction, Handling Employees’ Personal Records, Identification of training needs and arranging training programs, Bank Account opening Formalities, Finalization of Site Working hours, Salary & Wage Disbursement, Medi-claim Third Party Agency Coordination, Employee Related Compliances, Monitoring and Handling of Employee Co-operative Stores, Employee Welfare Trust and Canteen.Managed events like Independence Day, Dussehra, Vishwakarma Puja, Diwali, Holi and organized get together programme in the premise of Project Site or our Staff Club.Constituted and participated in various committees like Canteen Committee, Cultural Committee, Safety Committee, Labour Management Co-Operation Committee.
