The Project Intellectual Property Management and Transfer/Commercialization of Agricultural Technologies is a dynamic web Application which involved in protection, management and commercialization of innovative technologies. The diversity of task performed by Institute Technology Management Unit include IPR management, technology licensing, developing public-private partnership, organizing Industry-Institute meet to expand as well as establish and outreach good economic-ties.This web Application is designed using n-tier architecture. The user interaction layer has built using HTML, CSS and Java Script while knowledgebase has built in SQL server 2008. Application logic layer has built using Java server pages (JSP). It has all necessary logic for interaction among front-end and back-end.

This web Application is designed using n-tier architecture. The n-tier approach provides future scalability and flexibility to enhance the system. At any point of time and particular layer may be enhanced or rebuilt without affecting other layers. The system has browser based user interaction layer, the server side application logic layer (ALL), the interface engine layer and the RDBMS knowledgebase.
