Designation- ACADEMIC & CENTRE HEAD (ACH) & Mathematics TeacherLeading a team of 20 members, which includes 10 faculties, two service counselors and two operation team members, to ensure the following activities to be conducted effectively and smoothlyOrientation of the newly enrolled students, welcome them to join our learning program and understand the product properly.Plan and deliver academic programs in tuition centers, ensuring effective curriculum delivery and adherence to standards. Supervise, guide, and assess daily teaching programs my centers, resolving academic issues. Audit the lectures of faculties to ensure proper hygiene factors to be maintained in the class and also involve in taking the feedback of students. Ensure faculty follows course descriptions, learning outcomes, and institutional policies. Coordinate with Zonal Academic Managers for curriculum completion within timelines and report the progress of all the issues and activities are going on daily basis at the center. Monitor appropriate use and maintenance of teaching aids (Tablets, slides, videos, and animations). Regularly evaluate teaching methods and use data for continuous improvement. Maintain a safe, orderly learning environment. Communicate course completion info to students/parents and share details for upcoming classes. Develop corrective actions for recurring concerns/complaints from parents and students. Focus on student retention, address challenges leading to potential program departure. Provide team feedback on communication and interpersonal skills. Participate in organization-level meetings.My Teaching responsibilities includes,NTSE Trainer.
