This plant is biggest plant among all other plants of NRB having approx turnover of 220 crore and 900 work force.

Looking after completee plant activities, plant has a turnover of 60 crore ,group turnover is 350 crore. I have almost 400 people working here, our product is auto components and we are supplying to all the major auto OE's and to the european market. lLot of activities are being done to improve productivity ,new product development ,changing the culture.Bringing in new technology. Prcesion manufacturing processes like grinding superfinishing heat treatment ,assemblyand press work are the core activities.

Leading bearing and auto component manufacturing company of India having seven manufacturing facilities in India and abroad. Company is leading supplier of automobile and industrial component as OEM to almost all the leading two wheeler and four wheeler manufacturers. Also has strong relationship with Daimeler, Ranault,ZF, etc. In it's range of product company has market share to the tune of 70%.Turnovr of the group is 400 crore with almost 2000 work force all over India.At Hyd plant we are making auto components like, needle roller bearings, thrust bearings, press components, crank pins, assembly of connecting rods,hub pins, and other automotive components. All the functional head like, HR, manufacturing, accounts, administration, design, materials, purchases, logistics reports to me. We are supplying our product to all the major auto OE of India like, Maruti, Hero Honda, M&M, HMSIL,SPIL,Bajaj to name few . Also almost 20% of revenue comes from Export to Europe.We are a TS 16949, ISO-2000,ISO 14000,OHSAS certify company and presently working for TPM .Also Mr. KASAHARA an expert on lean manufacturing is guiding the plant.I am responsible for the Hyderabad plant which has almost 400 workmen and 60 staff members current turnover of plant is 45 crore which excludes interplant component transfer .Reporting to Sr. Vice president at Mumbai and responsible for all the functional activity of the plant, except marketing, improvement in top line and bottom line is also the responsibility of Plant

A 100% export orient unit involved in jewelry manufacturing catering to USA and European Market with a turn over of approx RS 250 Crore and man power strength of 800 people.Distinguished efforts towards converting unorganized industry to professionally managed company.Instrumental in developing an incentive scheme, thereby improving the productivity by almost 15%.Distinction of improving the product quality by studying the process, thereby resulting in reducing the rejections & improving customer satisfaction.Managing the expansion of jewellery unit by starting a new diamond cutting & polishing unit.Imparting training to the workmen by identifying the skill gaps.ISO 9000 certification process started.

A TS 16949 & Birla Group Company with annual turnover of Rs. 350 Crore & manpower of 3000 workmen.Active contribution in the transformation process of the unit, with a proven track record of working on all the areas which resulted in: Man power reduction (almost by 30%)Quality Improvement (scrap reduced from 3.5 %to .3 %)SAP implementation, productivity improvements (double the production with almost 50% man power) and total business process reengineering.Recognized as the youngest DM of the plant & the fastest growing manager of the plant.Implemented Japanese collaborator's technical guidance and expansion plan of almost Rs 350 Crore over a period of 5 years.Relationship management with NTN experts for implementing various process modifications, machine improvements, tool design changes and tooling developments.Involved in handling various shop floor activities such as annual planning, budgeting, CAPEX REQUIREMENT, monthly plan, daily production monitoring, manufacturing ,maintenance, Quality control, Inspection, PPC etc.Coordinated the activities of team to achieve production targets under strict quality norms with effective cost reduction.Monitored targets on daily, monthly and yearly basis against budgeted plan and analyzed the customer complaints at the workshop/factories.
