In my current role, i manage the PMO, Facilities & Operations for the new LOB @ HCL Software Products. in this role i manage Operations across all the 5 continents with delivery teams spread across 40 countries. Traveling across these countries my role is to establish new locations, which includes site selection, construction/ remodeling of the site, network readiness, operations set up and go live. also continue to manage the operations of the site from functional perspective. Manage a team of professionals, who manage the day to day operations/ activities of the site and making decisions on expansions or closure.Manage a team of professional procurement process team, managing purchases of laptops and other critical devices and hardwares for delivery teams. Supervising the logistics of distribution of these assets and tracking management. Managing Centralized process & audits and budgeting. Currently manage a team of 20 people across continents.

Last year moving into our new account, and part of it was travel around many location, with in USA and also out of USA, establishing new sites. Had the opportunity travelling to Mexico, Netherlands, Italy, France, Germany, Israel, Australia, Brazil, Canada, Japan, Philippines, India, UK, Ireland, establishing and setting up our new offices for the team. identifying new location, close lease agreement, create new office, setup up Network and systems for delivery team to move in and become functional. Continue running the operations of the office in co-ordination with enabling functions. Also manage the global procurement of h/w & tools for the team, working with different internal teams complying with process and making sure the user teams get their h/w & tools on time, to support development. Currently run the operations in 21 locations across the globe on this account.

As PMO Head my responsibilities include:- Tracking Revenue - EE & EN Business - Delivery & Sales wise and report trend.- PM % increase - Plan Vs Actual tracking and reportingInitiate 6 Six Projects for Margin Improvements - Implement, track and report- Track SOW, Legal compliance with respect to account and closure of contracts for billing- Tracking all the invoices generated and making sure invoices submitted, tracking payments- Operational efficiency of the Account- Delivery Overhead tracking and control, take measures to reduce overheads which impacts Project Margins.- Tracking forecast, UAR, Bad Debts and reporting. - Manage the VOF( Vendor Offsite Facility) with capacity of 1500 seats, includes, seat assignments, seat cost tracking, client specific compliance, tracking assets movements, onboarding process compliance per Microsoft protocols, maintaining grades of the facilities, logical and physical security compliance, audits, Control of electronic devices movements into VOF etc,.Staffing & WPC - demand & supply tracking, resource fulfillment, utilization - offshore & onsite, Assignations of resource, billing loss tracking, bench management, visa utilization and tracking, - Strategic Initiatives - Six Sigma, ACSAT, Value Creation etc,.- Reviews with DUHs, SDUs, Review team and their performance. I supervise a team of 10 employees, with 3 VOF facilities specifically dedicated to client protocols, who are located both offshore & Onsite and requires constant calls for extended hours across various time zones.

Raj Max was responsible for the Facilities and Administration for USA, CANADA, BRAZIL & MEXICO regions for HCL America. He was responsible for creating new facilities and over the period of 5.5 years at HCL America and have managed constrution/established new facilities for delivery & sales teams, which includes locating space, lease negotiations and closure, working with architects and contractors for creating facilities adn then manage them. He was also responsible for Procurement and procurement process, Commercial, Contract negotiations, Vendor management, in these regions.
