I completed my graduation in Bsc Biotechnology from Guru nanak institute of pharmaceutical science and technology (GNIPST) JIS Group in the year 2018.I have 5 years experience in BPO industry worked in different types of process.I started my BPO Career in the year 2017 with Alenam Technologies Pvt Ltd as a CCE (Customer Care Executive) for Uk B2B Telecom Campaign I worked there for 2 years and in this 2 years I worked for 2 major telecom companies i.e Onebill Telecom and bOnline Telecom. After that i worked for Novotus Information Technology Pvt Ltd as a CCE for Uk B2B Survey hotkey Campaign I worked there for 7 months , after that I went to First Rite IT Services Pvt Ltd as a CCE for Uk B2C Lifestyle survey Campaign worked there for another 1 years 8 months and after after that I started working for Excellis IT in saltlake sector V as Sr CCE for Uk B2C HDR Campaign , in Excellis IT I worked for Different process like HDR Campaign , Funeral Campaign , IVA and DMP Campaign , Life Insurance Campaign , Lifestyle Survey Campaign and Loft Insulation Campaign I also worked there as Team Captain. Then i joined Qubeta Community solution pvt Ltd as a Team manager for Uk RTA inbound and Injury Outbound process.Now I have my own company Novotech IT Solutions Pvt Ltd in kolkata.
