As ELV/BMS Service Manager we are handling around 300 clients all over India with add-on projects.We provide the highest level of customer service, developing lasting customer relationships, and managing the service team members.Assisting with or performing administrative tasks, such as managing and updating invoices, processing new orders, and tracking inventory.Resolving service desk problems and improving service methods to increase the service desk's productivity and customer service.Monitoring department issues and client complaints to create methods to lessen recurring issues.Auditing work and customer service to ensure the company's high standards, efficiency, and productivity goals are met. All aspects of day-to-day activities, with an emphasis on developing key initiatives to enhance operations and serve as a major revenue source.Handling customer complaints or concerns quickly and professionally to maintain good customer relationships and ensure repeat customers.

At present my responsibilities includes the followings:-Monitoring of Technicians team to ensure team is performing quality work.Preparing time sheets and schedules for team. Analyzing reports and data to determine areas of opportunities for employees to perform better.Coordination with specialist service providers for all systems as required,Record keeping and produce detailed work reports,Maintain up to date records of work carried out on the plant and equipment within the site manuals and complete site log booksExperience of safe working practices, risk assessments and permit to work systems

Review of hardware and engineering requirements in accordance with standard engineering procedures.Commissioning and testing of field equipments and controllers used in BMS systems. Testing and Commissioning of Honeywell Smart IO modules and excel web controllers using Honeywell care software. Controlling of HVAC systems like Air Handling Unit and different types of dampers, sensors and Fan coil unit using BMS systems. Testing and inspection of all equipments with client.Over all site in charge for installation and termination of BMS systems.Honey Elect. is a MNC company. Key Responsibilities :• Involved in the installation, pre commissioning and maintainence of BMS and Fire Alarm Systems• Involved in Commissioning & Programming Of BMS systems based on the clients / consultants requirements•Co-ordination with MEP contractor in installation & pre-commissioning Issues• Involved in co-ordinating with Tenants / consultant in finalizing additional variation•Co-ordinating with client for their day to day operations related issues.•Involved in conducting trainings & handing over the system•Handling & supervising a team involved in commissioningReview of hardware and engineering requirements in accordance with standard engineering procedures, Produce hardware schedules and drawings/schematics, assess resources required to meet functional design specification, Produce hardware designs, Produce test schedules for testing of Fire System, Testing of their functionality with present site conditions, Testing and troubleshooting of Fire system, Access system. testing of the functionality of the latest available firmware for all the devices involved in the system, Installatio & Testing of Interface between CCTV and other external systems like SACS, FAS, BMS, Testing of interface of the system.  Worked with “SHETTY ASSOCIATES” at PRUDENTIAL PROCESS MANAGEMENT SERVICES INDIA Pvt. Ltd., Powai, Mumbai, WNS Pvt. Ltd. Vikhroli, and Mumbai. An upcoming international UK based Call Center as a BMS Engineer. Systems: The site involves the IBMS regarding the air-conditioning system, the fire alarm system, door access control system, digital video management system, FM 200 fire suppression system, HSSD system, Water leak detection system, door videophone and precision a/c system.
