• Manage planning and design of Marketing Campaign products - Intelligent Onboarding Solutions.• Manage design and development of campaign response metrics and analytics for Loan Aquisition products.• Oversee release of marketing campaign products from data ingestation, validation, campaign execution, response analysis and response reporting.• Design, drive and develop big data analytics platform for multiple marketing campaign products

In addition to the some responsibilities from the earlier role (see below – Product Manager):• Manage Releases (Quarterly and Monthly) working with three geographically diverse delivery centers for over 10+ products working with stakeholders, both internal and external to identify release schedule, scope and deliver the same.• Own Roadmap Release planning and delivery of products generating annual revenue of $60M working across teams including marketing, sales, support, documentation and other teams as required.• Co-ordinate and Support costing, budgeting, RFP, RFI, Sales demos, Beta testing, Product Launch/upgrade and other initiatives.• Lead and own several processes including Critical Incident Response (CIR), On-demand Releases (ODR), User Acceptance Testing (UAT)• Release communications to internal and external audience working with cross functional teams including documentation.• Oversee and manage Hosting and deployment of releases for SaaS customers.• Own Sprint/Release Launch and Retro analysis.

In addition to the some responsibilities from the previous role (see below – Associate Product Manager):• Own, define and drive the product vision aligning the team and stakeholders for Instruction delivery software for K-12 schools.• Support and mentor Associate Product Managers and leading the team in periodic Product Reviews and retrospective.• Evangelize product & portfolio with engaging demonstrations, training sessions and presentations to executives, customers, stakeholders, user conferences and external audience as needed.• Measure and analyze using several metrics on existing products expanding the market opportunities and upsell, cross sell for existing customers.• Strong and continual competitor analysis for market direction and market share to bring about future vision and direction.• Propose and plan, the next generation platform for the K-12 education market, extending APIs and opening it up for Application development for partners, vendors and customers.• Plan, develop and implement Integration framework including SSO (Single Sign-On) and Data exchange between several educational systems – Student-Information-System ↔ Gradebook ↔ Instruction-System ↔ Reporting.

In addition to the some responsibilities from the earlier role (see below –Product Management Trainee):• Responsible for end-to-end feature design and own the Functional Specification Document (FSD). • Responsible for product feature planning and development. • Tracking the progress, perform risk analysis with mitigations and responsible of delivery of the feature collaborating with different stakeholders (Engineering, Support, Legal, Customers, Sales and Marketing).• Responsible for outbound product support with customers and onboarding them as well as managing YoY (Year-over-Year) process. • Customizations and product implementation for customer accounts.

• Responsible for creating and managing BRD (Business Requirement Document), MRD (Market Requirement Document) and user stories for both enhancements and new features.• Incident/Bug triaging, management and tracking.• Agile Sprint planning and delivery of features and enhancements.• Assist Product Sales demo preparation and customer UAT testing.• Work across teams including development, UI, QA, documentation, Implementation and support for product feedback and delivery.
