Since being released from Outform and a change in personal circumstances I have focused on managing and hosting events such as birthdays, weddings, special occasions also live comedy events. This would include sourcing suppliers for catering, photo booths, DJs, AV solutions, staff etc to ensure events run smoothly and within the clients expectations.

I joined BT as a stop gap to see me through the pandemic after being made redundant from my previous role. My initial role was to support the Daisy service team receiving emergency orders from field engineers, logging the order on to multiple systems, booking out the stock, requesting warehouse action, arranging couriers, and updating senior management on progress. Due to the role being created in anticipation of an increased work load I was relived of my duties once it became transparent that there would not be any extra demand.After a short spell laboring for a building company, I was contacted by my previous line manager and offered another position to join a new team managing export to Northern Ireland due to new Brexit legislations. This role included extracting manifests off BT TRAX system and uploading all information to government gateway websites. When senior management could not resolve system faults, I took ownership of the issue and with telephone support managed to process the first order successfully. Once a upload tool was created with assistance from the IT department i was asked to assist service desk by covering a colleague who was due maternity leave. This involved accepting queries from customers which include engineers, investigating the query utilizing several different systems and resolving the query.

My daily tasks were to take briefs from KAM’s and clients direct creating CPA’s and generally managing projects from design to installation. The exciting opportunity laid in that a PM would have input on design to ensure the submitted design was achievable with in the client’s budget. I was expected to take care of all processes including raising PO, updating manual Budget trackers, signing off invoices, Quality checking and much more. I have worked with some prestigious brands whilst at the attic room such as Charlotte Tilbury, P&O Ferries, La Prairie, KGA and many more

I worked with many clients such as Madison’s Cycling, Philips, TomTom, Now TV to name a few. Daily I would be expected to take briefs from account managers to create CPA’s detailing key milestones, in the background I would be shortlisting suppliers to tender for the project, requesting estimates and creating quotes for the client. Once timeline and costs are approved, I would negotiate costs and lead time with suppliers to ensure the project was delivered on time and within budget

Having joined a start up company i had to manage projects from brief to installation. I would take briefs from client arrange estimates/quotes, raising PO's for suppliers, presentation and approval, Quality checking production and attending installations as and when necessary.

I was offered employment as the company FSC Manager, Initially i had to grasp the rules and regulations in relation to FSC Certification and pass an annual audit. Once the audit had been passed i took on project manager duties such as gaining estimates from suppliers, arranging PO's, Quality checking at suppliers, ensuring installations had been carried out to a satisfactory level.

Working closely with field engineers i would have to ensure all visits are completed based on priority levels whilst taking in to account engineers routes.
