CurrentMy role as a lead Product Manager has allowed my team to be the innovative driving force for our products from conception and strategy to solution and launch. I collaborate with other cross-functional team leaders to negotiate and deliver consumer servicing and entertainment products from kick-off to post-launch, key products include: • DIRECTV Stream - experiment, analyze, and develop a roadmap for this product to grow subscriber numbers in areas that previously had low customer count (i.e., MDUs, 3rd party sellers, agents, online). Engaged product UI/UX and functionality documentation including using API platforms to integrate various internal and 3rd party apps to ensure successful product utilization for diverse customer segments. Increased overall DIRECTV Stream sales by ~15% YTD.• NFL Sunday Ticket Stream - Launched and supported an end-to-end, multi-million-dollar, OTT (streaming) product for DIRECTV customers who were ineligible for satellite service thus increasing the streaming footprint without hindering satellite customer sales – with the product generating $20M+ revenue with over 2M subscribers. Defined, acquired, and celebrated product challenges and successes with leadership.• Product Management Process Improvement - Engaging in staffing, work intake and allocation, knowledge sharing activities based on defined product success metrics/OKRs, prioritizing what to build first for numerous simultaneous products, informing product strategy based on customer needs, and removing blockers for team through cross-functional collaboration.
