My Client for this role is telecommunication major CISCO Systems based in San Jose, United States of America.My responsibilities are,• Taking the responsibility of the Product from the Engineering Commit(EC) to first customer shipment(FCS) stage passing through Prototype, Production, Pre-Pilot and Pilot stages• Creating Part Numbers using Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) platform, CISCO PLM• Creating Change Orders (CO) for moving the part numbers through different lifecycle status (Preliminary, Prototype and Production)• Interaction with the Design engineer on the design and drawing changes to be implemented on the 3D module• Creating and structuring the BOM using CISCO PLM by this way communicating the assembly house on the Quantity, Item sequence, and revision details of the Parts• Assessing Risk Rating and provide technical expertise on engineering aspects• Interaction with the vendors on meeting the schedule, releasing the DFM and to provide technical advice to production issues• Working on quotes with the vendors after consulting with the particular commodity manager to finalize on hard-tooling and soft-tooling costs• Cross functionally working with the Electrical CAD team to implement PCB changes• Provide advice on manufacturing engineering aspects using Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DFMA)• Releasing Change orders using PLM tool and to make the changes visible to Contract Manufacturer (CM) site and Direct Fulfillment (DF) site• Updating the status of the project to Project Managers and Business Unit heads through daily and weekly manufacturing team meetings using WebEx• Provide coaching to the junior Product Engineers on explaining their responsibilities and teaching the ways of using Product Lifecycle Management tool

Technical Data Upgrade Migration Program for ASM & AWM(Airbus A330/A340 Family)My responsibilities were,• Tools used: SAP, Wise & Gams Image master, IMS, Airbus supply, CCD, Tech illustrator, AutoCAD & Axiom• Worked in Aircraft Technical Data Techniques and tools; Engineering Analyzes, Wiring Design with Guidelines • Coordinating with the clients for the Delivery, Work Orders etc• Quality Check to meet the customer requirement without missing Schedule for all the deliverables • Do Impact Analysis and creation of the work Orders for different ATA’s for the respective customers • Incorporate the manuals for different change drivers like Service Bulletins, Modifications (MOD’s), Customer Originated Changes (COC), RFI’s, and CMM etc to the latest revision• Review technical documents/Illustrations for accuracy and completeness to latest Aerospace industry standards• Controlling the quality by doing the final check for all the deliverables
