Responsibilities:Senior Associate (Security Engineer) • Lead and Manage Cisco Identity Service Engine (ISE). Responsible for managing the all nodes, Configure new network devices, Configure policies, upgrading certificates, Troubleshoot endpoint devices. • Lead the major upgrade activity for complete environment version upgrade for ISE. The version was upgrade from 2.4 to 2.7 and then 2.7 to 3.1• Lead the overall project for ISE, which included converting switches from monitor to Enforcement mode for enhanced security for endpoint devices. Project covered 50+sites globally. • Lead and Manage Cisco Umbrella which protects the web environment. Monitor URL and Domains throughout WiFi network in organization. • Analyze URL’s and Domains and based on that White-list or Blocks them to protect organization environment from malicious sites. • Work closely with teams launching new domains to make sure go-live is smooth.• Manage Cisco StealthWatch (Secure Network Analytics) to configure new nodes, create user profiles, Configure network devices, Generate traffic reports and monitor alerts. • Manage Rapid7 Nexpose tool from end to end. Responsibilities includes Creating sites based on technical team requirement, • Upgrading content and product updates which keeps the tool to latest version which helps mitigate new vulnerabilities. In addition, Created SOP and Standard procedure, so similar activity is well documented and follows proper procedure to avoid outages during business hours.• Configure Scan engines based on requirement and region, which helps scans the vulnerability throughout organization servers which carries sensitive data. • Manage day-to-day operational activities including introducing new virtual machines throughout organization in Microsegmentation environment for enhanced security. This helps respective applications with additional layer of security. Creating security rules for new application within NSX based on requirement.

-- Responsibility / Tasks:- Configuring Avaya Station, User ID, T1/E1, Call Flow. Creating, managing and monitoring ISDN/PRI links, Trunks, VDN’s, Vectors,- Hunt groups, Coverage paths, Route patterns, dial plans, ARS table.Support L1 and L2 issues in Avaya for CM, CMS, AES, SMGR, SBC, SM and Cisco Call Manager and Cisco Unity.- Manage and create Login ID’s, Agent ID’s, Splits, Skills for CMS and taking maintenance Backup of CMS.- Provisioning and supporting existing Cisco Voice infrastructure and implement changes to Voice Gateways, Switch and Call routing.- Managing and Monitoring Auto Attendants, Voicemails, , Phone setup, Alarms and Alerts for Cisco.Configuring Network devices (Cisco Routers, Switches) and co-ordinate with Data Center and Project Team for successful deployment. Conducting root cause analysis on Network Incident.- Troubleshooting L1 and L2 issues in Global Network Infrastructure. Making sure uninterrupted network services by implementing regular updates and checks, by adhering to Change management process.- Managing Technical documentation on configuring UC features/functions and provisioning guide for CUCM.- Part of BAU team for supporting operations and handling cases with priority P1, P2, P3 and P4 raised by users.- Completing Operations and Health check activities. Check on daily alarms and notifications. Preparation of operational documents such as KT questionnaire, Cutover Plan, Checklists, SOP.

-- Responsibility / Tasks:- Part of Network Operations team, managed and monitored network devices such as Routers, Switches, Wireless Access Points, Firewalls for 80+ sites globally.- Configuration of Cisco ASR routers, Cisco Switches (3650, 3750 and 3850), Wireless Access Points (3700 and 3800 series) and basic configuration of Cisco ASA and FPR Firewall.- Worked on MAC whitelisting using Cisco ISE, also adding devices and editing there profile.- Troubleshoot Network issues (L1, L2) and work on root cause analysis. In addition worked on CMDB platform for updating network devices to better manage hardware inventory.- Part of Data Center Team globally, worked as a Primary Point of Contact for Data Center activities across North America.Provide support to major Data Center and IT closets with device installation, configuration and decommissions.- Configured and deployed Raritan Command Centers and managed Raritan KVM switches for Data center. Configured UPS (Emerson and APC) and Web card to deployed in production environment.- Maintain and perform regular Health check of major devices such as Core Network Switches and Routers, Storage systems,Servers, Telephony PBX devices and help required teams with troubleshooting and upgrades in Data Center.- Provide support to vendors and Co-ordinate with Network Build and special project teams on Maintenance and upgrades of MPLS, VPLS circuits for WAN connectivity. In addition worked with Vendors on various annual maintenance activities such as Generator Testing, Fire Suppression Testing and Power load balancing of various regional Data Centers and IT rooms across multiple sites in North America.- Worked on Nform tool, which monitors Data Center devices including UPS, PDU, CRAC Cooling system and Temp/Humidity sensors. Additionally, worked on monitoring tools Omnicenter and Cisco Prime.

-- Responsibility / Tasks:- Part of Global Switch refresh project performed migration from Cisco 3750 to 3850, 4510 switches adhering to ITIL Change Management procedure. Configured, Tested and Deployed switches across 100+ sites globally.- Worked on Router replacement project, Migrated Cisco 2821 and 2921 to 3945 routers.Part of team for IP migration project. Migrated IP’s from two IP management tools: IP control and Solar Winds to Infloblox, completely moving DHCP scopes to Infloblox.- IOS upgrades for Cisco Catalyst Series switches.- Created Visio Diagrams for Enterprise Network, which helps, understand the overall Network Architecture.- Worked on outages and performed investigations with L3 teams. Get Involved in Problem Management and provide technical expertise from Network Perspective.- Basic configuration for Nexus series switches (2K and 5K)
