CurrentHaving spent more than five years in the field, understanding Human Rights law and later gown to admire Corporate Law in Nepal enritches my ability as a Legal friend. Often, finding myself alligned with people driven by corporate ambitions along with philanthropic aspirations provides me and my collegues great joy of having the oppurtinity to create real realized economic uplifment with people having similar eagerness.This also provides me an oppurtinity to be a host to bring people from different sectors together for greater prosperity.*Capital Markets- Working with a team of three have carried out an enlistment of a Fund on Securities Board of Nepal and carryout legal due deligiance for M&A oppurtinities *Merger & Acquisition- Have spearheaded a team of six to complete an acquisition of a hydropower company worth abover 100 Cr. NRs.*IT Law- Have assisted Foreign IT Companies to create a base in Nepal and assist them with their philanthropic endeavours *Energy Law- Have been working with Nepalese Companies invested in Hydropower and Liquified Petroleum for five years and assist them with compliance hurdles and litigation issues* Forign Investment and Technology Transfer- Have carried out the requirement of investment in Nepal through means of Technology Transfer and injection of Capital on Equity along with Repatriation of companies of varied natures from energy sectors to footwears*Human Resources- Work with a devoted team of three in assisting companies with Labour Laws and Human Resources issues from audit, compliance to creating By-Laws and other in house issues in a regular basis
