The project is supported by German Red Cross , IFRC and WFPThe project will closely with will closely work with technical support with IFRC and ) Pakistan Red Crescent society climate center. The project will support with national society for anticipatory planning and implementation through forecast Based Financing. The concept has emerged internationally to use accurate forecast of hydro meteorological (climate induced) related hazards to take pre agreed early actions.

• Filed Visit on daily basis.• Make BBC • Attend BBC and Cluster meetings• Beneficiaries registration on daily basis.• Enrollment and upload on daily basis.• Conduct BBC and Cluster trainings.District Jhelum Valley Activities:Wise Project:• Field Visit on daily basis.• Make CO and VO committees in community sector.• Make LSO Structure in community sector.• Conduct CO and VO awareness trainings. • Meeting with LSO bodies in different U.C of the District.• Meeting with district civil administration one day of the month.• Meeting with staff one day of the week and share progress.• Report daily progress report to senior management. • Check Staff attendance and progress on daily basis.District Mirpur Activities :Sehat Sahulat Programme (S.S.P):Sehat Sahulat Program is a milestone towards social welfare reforms; ensuring that the identified under-privileged citizens across the country get access to their entitled medical health care in a swift and dignified manner without any financial obligations. The SSP program’s objective is to improve access of the poor population to good quality medical services, through a micro health insurance scheme.• Conduct 3 days Staff Training.• Meeting with staff on daily basis in the morning.• Daily visit Registration camps.• Monitoring Registration process.• Meeting with Stake holders A.D BISP and State Life Insurance one day of the week.• Meeting with local administration one day of the month.• Report daily progress report to senior management.• 25000 Families Registration and enrollment process connected with NADRA.
