- Joined Kaizen team to support for major improvement at production line of electric connectors. Also give aids to production engineer and technical members to transform ideas into real application.- Manage and plan to convert manual line to automation line using Pick and Place (PP) concept. Negotiate and discuss with supplier to follow planned date and standard requirement of PP machine- Distribute task according specialty of personnel to meet deadline and progress smoothly throughout the project.- Discuss with on-site personnel to further improve production capacity and reduce cycle time of connector assembly. Design and improve current work holder to ease product placement setting thus reduce downtime of machine

- Assigned to design and identify suitable mechanical parts for stacked glove transfer machine using linear motion concept.- Designated in delivery planning for glove machine line project which involved with drawing team, production team, and goods store team to ensure smooth project delivery.- Prepare packing slip and monitor loading works to make sure listed item is loaded and delivered to site.

Supported operation department in automated production line setup for their client. Involves in PLC wiring works, spot weld gun assembly, milling and MIG welding for safety fence.

Assigned into automation department and supported the mechanical team in jigs assembly and rework. Acquired the technical skills in using hand tools and milling machine. Lead and distribute assembling works to other supporting operators to meet the deadline
