Partner with NMTG to validate new features/releases/patches for CUOM. Plan and deploy patches with Production Support in customer’s networks. Evaluated ReqPro and DOORS. Developed the methodology, infrastructure, scalability and architecture for requirements management and traceability using DOORS.
