Job Responsibilities• Oversee all aspects of the Visa and Immigration Service ensuring that the process runs smoothly.• Supervise the completion of all relevant visa and immigration documents and ensure that they are received within the time.• Review and ensure that all of the information provided by employees is accurate and correct preparing and checking all legal documents• Procuring travel insurance, travel vouchers, accommodation vouchers, fee quotes and appointments.• Maintaining trackers and releasing the Weekly and monthly reports.• Handling employees’ queries related to work permit and business visa stamping effectively and deliver good customer satisfaction.• Verification of certificates like Marriage, Birth, PCC and Education for legalization to the ForeignMinistry of India.
