Roles & Key Result Areas:a) As per BAL standard Establish assembly Process on conveyor Line 2W & Manual Conveyor Line for 3W b) Planning Equipment's & Machinery and Tools as per Production / BAL standard Requirements c) Providing the Basic & Technical Manufacturing Industrial Training for Local Technicians d) Establish and implementation of TPM ( Total Productive maintenance) e) Monitoring the Production & Quality of the Vehicle's f) Monitoring of customer complaints, analysis and implementing counter action at assembly process g) Analysis & Improve the Product Quality as per BAL standard h) Improving the Productivity & Assembly Process flow of the Vehicle Assembly i) Ensuring the Safety Parameters of Overall the Assembly Plant j) Multi Skill the Operators & Conducting Technical training about the Products , Design Modification & Product version Updating k) Increase the Production based on sales Requirements & Ensure the Quality of the Vehicle by Improving system and Process l) Monitoring Overall Equipment's Efficiency and Records daily basis m) Ensure the Safety - Zero accident n) Audit & Monitoring of PPE usage's o) Motivating the Team members to do Kaizen & Improvement's activity
