1. Evaluate all types of sample: Development, Proto, Fit, Size set, Jump size set, Seal, Buyer ref, etc. with a feasibility study of product & risk analysis. Timely identifying & resolving mass production impracticality.2. Handle sample inspection and sample approval by reviewing construction, measurements, patterns, workmanship, garments outlook presentation, fitting (dummy and model), on fit sample and size set3. Recommend the process simplification & cost saving alternative options to the buyer4. Sealing of pre-production sample & handover style file for mass production.5. Provide required training/guidelines to garments maker to update/enhance their skills on technical, quality and operational capabilities.12. Provide technical support to Merchandising, Design Team, factories, overseas designers and vendors.13. Quality improving work of different sewing operation and implement in factory sewing line.14. My responsibility was Maintain Inspection Planning.Follow up Orders of Buyers with suppliers to ensure Quality and timely deliveries. Keep update production status on daily basis. In case of Quality problem take decisions and resolve Quality issues on time.Discuss quality matters and production problems with Merchandiser on daily basis and also advise solutions of then in order to resolve problems and bottlenecks.Keep track of all the inspection reports and analysis on daily basis and send report to Merchandiser.Forward inspection reports (PATTREN CHECK, IN-LINE, SPECS, PRE-FINAL & FINAL) to the Merchandiser after the inspection immediately. Before the start of production conduct Pre-Production meeting with Vendor’s Representative and discuss all precautions relevant to styles. Conduct unannounced/surprised inspection to check Bulk trims with approved trims, and as well as suppliers performance.Conduct three types of inspection image (visual), fitting (measurement), Packaging (Assortment, shading, Ratio, UPC, Carton marking).Follow AQL 2.5 for major defects & 4.0 for minor defects.if buyer's requirements AQL asking different does follow accordingly.
