• Administrative daily tasks such as preparing Letter of Offer, New Hire Process, Contractor Conversion and Manage Employee Movement (SAP, Employee Central, Service Now and Avature)
• Investigate on any payroll or data error that might impact employee's salary.
• Control remuneration such as allowance and benefit to be align with the Reward matrix to ensure alignment with compliance in order to avoid payroll/legal issue.
• Updating Matrix, Checklists and Process Instruction in order to ensure documentation updates in timely manner.
