•Manage employee movement (Etc Promotion, Secondment , Intra-movement & Inter-movement).•Act as a filter to review allowances, base salary and payscale before uploading in the Master Data.•Ensure data in maintained aligned to the company legal standard and Reward proposals.•Carry out Payroll Exclusion Report and COP (Close of Pay) activities by monthly before Australia payrun.• Work closely with People Movement team to ensure Reward Proposal is align to the asset standard requirement.•Generate Focus File base on cases volume to distribute for team.•Manage daily workflows and request from various stakeholders in order to ensure data is performed accurately in Employee Central and SAP.•Administrative daily tasks such as preparing Letter of Offer, New Hire Process , Contractor Conversion and Manage Employee Movement (SAP, Employee Central , Service Now , ATS & Strato)•Investigate on any payroll or data error that might impact employee's salary.•Respond to employee queries in timely manner.•Control remuneration such as allowance and benefit to be align with the Reward matrix to ensure alignment with compliance in order to avoid payroll/legal issue.•Updating Matrix , Checklists and Process Instruction in order to ensure documentation updates in timely manner.•Establish a good relationship with Resourcing and People Movement team by provide a sight of back-end/system perspective in order to delivery excellent service to employee.•Develop relationship with HR Consulting to ensure high quality service delivery and prompt resolution of issues.•Provide support and training to HR Movement team in conjunction of Nickel West (Knowledge Transfer) to GAS Manila Team. •Participate in Project / System Testing in order to troubleshoot system error (Medical Check process, Strato & ATS project).
