♦ Developed a web based RMA predictive analytics (using Supervised Machine Learning) application with certain probability as Capstone project for Associate Data Scientist Certification.♦ Lead on-shore and off-shore technical resources in design, development and support of IT applications including Innovative technology architectures like Hadoop, Hive, Platfora and Tableau.♦ Lead development team for data integration between Cisco and Anaplan Cloud. Implemented incoming/ outgoing architecture for 20 data streams. Kept up to date Java integrations per Cisco Security standards. Developed Opportunities and Forecast ETLs for Anaplan.♦ As a prime architect for Application Centric Infrastructure (ACI) implementation for our group, oversaw efforts from planning to implementation of applications migration to new ACI fabric.♦ Contributed to My Bookings Reporting transformation and analysis of new projects for Service Renewals Transformation.

♦ Analyzed requirements, documented and shared analysis with other Architects and developers on several projects. Worked with other IT Analysts/Architects in highly cross functional applications.♦ Contributed for success of major projects (despite funding constraints): Country Enablement/Large Scale Services of Order Management, Revenue Attribution, Offer Attribution and Cisco Revenue Compliance projects.

♦ Designed and Developed two (2) high performing and fault tolerant architecture based pre-processing engines which handled more than Two-Trillion Dollars ($2Trillion) worth of transactions in Oracle Sales Crediting (aka OTM) and Sales Compensation (aka OIC).♦ Worked with 400 resources, over a two-year period, in major Commerce Transformation project helping in Infrastructure needs and Oracle technical questions or performance issues.♦ Evaluated, categorized and ranked the health of interfaces for applications in Sales-Finance IT. Provided findings and recommendations to executive management, resulting in a $40M project funding.♦ Created Level 3 through 5 SIPOC diagrams for all Sales-Finance IT applications.♦ Hands on PL/SQL code development and Performance tuning of dozens of existing production applications.♦ Worked as PM, PgM, Transition Lead, Release Management Lead for various projects.

♦ Founded a software consulting company and grew up to 40 employees (some off-shore). Managed all facets of the company including hiring, budgeting, P&L, credit lines, payroll and marketing.♦ Managed four projects at Tivo: DirecTV/Starz video-on-demand, MFG database, data warehouse and In-home viewing. Created user requirements and functional specification documents. Managed schedules, resources and deliverables using MS Project Plan.
