Installation of the First Proton Therapy Proteus Plus system with 230 MeV Cyclotron & 2 Gantry rooms, 1 Fixed beam room in India. Installation of PT system with a specific focus on Electro-mechanical equipment including Gantry, X-ray Systems, electrical cabinets, cooling systems, and vacuum system. Performed the installation, calibration and alignment of Patient positioning and Verification systems.Weekly planning of daily activities on site and managing the priorities. Preparing the installation from a technical point of view: check parts,equipment availability, requirements, procedures, workflows etc.Troubleshooting the equipment including mechanical, electrical & software issues. Critically analyzing data to diagnose potential technical problems. Testing, calibrating and validating the equipment according to the specifications and ensuring the customer requirements are met in terms of compliance, quality, technical performance, and timing. Making sure the equipment is available according to uptime commitments and respects good manufacturing processes, Quality Assurance, and Regulatory Affairs.Supported IBA external service providers like LEONI, AERIAN, GEFOS, PROCAM during their mission at the site. Collaborated intensively during the installation and commissioning phase with subcontractors during rigging of Cyclotron, Beam Line Magnets and Gantries. Providing cross training and coaching to the site team members, answering technical questions of customers.Upgrading and improving the system in collaboration with the R&D and other departments.Reporting and documenting activities, improving plans and undertaking actions with the required level of details and accuracy.
