Inspecting, adjusting, repairing, replacing, and performing preventative maintenance of heating, cooling, air-conditioning, and ventilating equipment controls.( AHS,AHU,FCU ) Troubleshooting condenser coils, checking all operational and safety controls, checking suction and discharge pressure, checking for refrigerant leaks, silver soldered and silver brazed all breaks, evacuated and recharged system on air conditioning and condensing unit. Repairing packaged A/C units, combination units and ventilating fans. Checking v-belts, lubricated fan bearings, replaced air filters, and purified media on air handlers.
