esearch, design and create New EV Bike, concept design and development (EV). Thinking of possible design and engineering calculations.  Making chassis design in fork angle (using rake and rail calculation), raidingcomfort, setting position and leg room position. Researching whether the theoretical calculation and theoretical study find out perfectdesign chassis. Utilized CATIA V-5 to design and develop various parts, structures, and assemblies. Collecting and analyzing data from tests on prototype. Design and development of sheet metal & plastic parts. Developed part & assembly drawing ( 2D & 3D )using CAD.
