Project : 11/0.415kV Sub-Stations for Industrial and Housing projectsDuties & Responsibilities : Under the direct supervision to control and monitor the actual execution of all electrical related works of the project Plan and analyses all possible construction methodologies and recommends the best options to the client for approval prior to execution at site Estimates, prepares and assigns the resources such as manpower, materials, consumables, equipment, tools, etc., required for all electrical and related works prior to execution To ensure that the project will be done in accordance with all the approved construction drawings, contract documents, specifications and all applicable standards Plans the execution of all electrical related works and coordinates the works to mechanical and civil groups  Installation of various Electrical Equipment’s in Outdoor Switchyard like Power Transformer, MV/LV Switchgear, LV Panels, Conduits & Cable Trays & Earthing System, Lighting system Laying, Jointing, Glanding and Termination of Power Cable and Control cables Assisting with the inspection of completed works and monitoring the start- up, testing, commissioning and handover of the relevant works Signing off on completed relevant works with completed documentation

Project : Construction of 132/33/0.400kV Sub-Station for Petroleum Development of Oman (shutdown project) Duties & Responsibilities : Review electrical Project technical specification, Layout, Single Line Drawings, Schematic drawings and materials list to interpret specification, standards and method of installation. Coordinate with various departmental interfaces to finalize and agree on the final solution to design and field engineering. Maintain technical link with all discipline Engineers to ensure consistently with the technical practices and standard. Inspecting the Incoming Electrical Equipments & Materials as per the approval & Specification Installation of various Electrical Equipment’s like Power Transformer, MV/LV Switchgear, Station Transformer, LV Panels, Earthing System, Lighting system, Capacitor Banks, Battery Banks, Battery Chargers and Automatic Transfer Switch system, Cable Trays Laying of Power cables and Control Cables, Power Cable Jointing and Termination, Control cable Glanding & Termination Plan, Review and Implement quality requirements Oversee investigation, root cause analysis and non-conformance activities Organizing Inspection and testing activities at site Update inspection reports and close out Maintain all Inspection Requests, Materials & Installation Inspection Check sheets, Test Records etc. at site Implement and review the Project Quality Plan and Method statements on a regular basis. Preparation of Mark up drawings and Punch List documents Coordinate and Supervise Document Control Team and ensure effective implementation of document control system Preparation of Work to go List and Punch List documents Assisting Vendor/Commissioning team for Successful Completion of Projects Submits site daily reports, inspection requests and all applicable monitoring reports on regular basis or as required Ensures that all site works are done according to all applicable quality standards

Project : New North West 380/33kV BSP 9051 Riyadh Metro Project.Duties & Responsibilities : Review work implementation and construction to ensure correct implementation of the project according to design, project specifications, drawings, details and standards Provide timely recommendations and directions to mitigate and resolve issues arise during project progress Ensure the efficiency, quality and performance of the Electrical works to meet project objectives Monitoring the Electrical works for conformance with the provisions of the contract documents, manufacturer’s instructions Monitoring conformance with the Contractor’s progress against approved schedule and advice project management accordingly General oversight of Contractor’s daily activities including works assignments, on-site performance and guidance on the Works being executed Ensuring that inspections are carried out in time and quality of installation and delivered materials is maintained as per specifications Issuing of both verbally and in writing, of the electrical violations to the party concerned Reviewing all the Electrical shop drawings, method statements and sequence of work and discussing with the team with relevant supporting documents to process for approval or disapproval Inspecting the Electrical Installation works as per the Approved Drawing, Specification & Standards Coordinate with commissioning department and witnessing the testing activities, Scheme checks and interlock checks as per the Schematic drawings Maintaining the weekly Quality reports, Inspection records, Non-confirmation reports, Site Instructions, Log Book Conducting weekly progress meeting at site with the Contractor & Sub Contractor Modifications in installation works as per the site requirements Monitoring work progress, work completed and comparing planned to actual schedule Review the Mark up drawings & As-Built drawings
