I am currently pursuing my MBA in Human Resources and Marketing at BML Munjal University, where I have developed a solid foundation in business development, talent acquisition, and marketing strategy. My professional experience includes internships at Anand Rathi Finance Firm and TKV Solutions. At Anand Rathi, I honed my financial acumen, while at TKV Solutions, I worked closely with the sales and marketing teams to identify key clients and contribute to the development of growth strategies. These roles have allowed me to gain significant experience in both client relationship management and market analysis, enabling me to navigate the intersections of sales and marketing effectively.In addition to my practical experience, I have completed several certifications that deepen my expertise in HR and marketing. I hold an HR Associate Professional Certificate from HRCI, which has enhanced my understanding of HR processes, and a certificate in Integrated Marketing Communication from IE Business School, equipping me with the skills to craft and execute marketing strategies that align with business goals. Furthermore, I have developed strong proficiency in Excel, Canva, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, ensuring that I can effectively utilize data and tools to drive business outcomes.One of the key accomplishments during my time at TKV Solutions was successfully collaborating with the sales team to identify and convert high-value clients, which directly contributed to company growth. I also played a pivotal role in expanding the talent pool by leveraging my skills in talent acquisition. Alongside my professional roles, I have demonstrated leadership as the Co-Director of Membership at the ieOM Society, where I managed membership growth and engagement, contributing to the society's development.I was recognized for innovative thinking, securing 2nd Runner-up at SBI Life Ideation X for introducing an Employee Layoff Insurance Program.
