• Responsible to SCCM and Nexthink admin L2 support for infrastructure management. • Managing the SCCM tool for Application deployment and Software updates o Application Deployment – Creating packages, programs and deploying them to the Client machines. o Patch Management - Creation and Managing Patch Testing and Patch Deployment to all workstations, preparing patch compliance reports and troubleshoot client devices for patching related issues. • Performed Windows 10 Feature update from SCCM and Windows 10 / 11 Build upgrade from Nexthink with a customized script using the Windows update assistant tool. • Managing Nexthink tool to monitor Digital Experience scores and create automation remediation to increase the device performance score. • Software/Application package creation and end to end deployment in SCCM/Nexthink Operation. • Created Nexthink campaign to collect user feedback based on the various requirements.

Migrated AD Users / Groups account from one domain to another domain through Quest migration tool. • Supported AD post migration activities like User account password reset, added Group membership and troubleshoot user queries. • Used Active Directory console for moving Objects between Organizational Units and Maintaining user account managements. • Collected user mobility list from onsite team and enrolled to Intune groups. • Troubleshoot Microsoft Intune related issues. • Hands on experience in ticketing tool where problems regarding Outlook, Skype, Printer, VPN and Network drive related issues resolving within SLA timeline.

• Hands on experience in Remedy ticketing tool where problems regarding Desktops, Laptop, Software and Network connectivity related issues are troubleshooting within the SLA timeline. • Experience on Resource Allocation Management Systems (RAMS) where software’s are allocated and released according to the license availability. • Installed and managed windows monthly patches. • Deployed Windows 7 & Win 10 using WDS. • Call Log the Defective Hardware part and tracking with vendor team for new parts.
