a) Inspection - Incoming Material (sub-assemblies)a1 - Verify QC dossier / Quality Control documents from sub-contractor - including Suppliers QC inspection records, Traceability report - Raw Material (Mill Test Certificate / heat number) to sub-assembly (identification number), Third Party inspector’s QC release, if applicable and various other QC documentsa2 - Inspecting incoming material / sub-assemblies, from sub-contractor, comparing with 2D Fabrication drawings & installation drawings - Should be able to read 2D Fabrication & installation drawingsa3 - Should be able to use various measuring devices, like Vernier Caliber, Measuring scale / tape & other measuring instruments.a4 - Prepare QC reports (for both, QC Pass & QC reject scenario)a5 - If your QC report is non-conforming / fails - Raise non-conformity report (NCR) to sub-contractor. Reject material and Follow-up with sub-contractor to take material back from site.a6 - If your QC report is conforming / pass - Prepare & raise Inspection Request (IR) to Main-contractor and liaise with main-contractor's QC Manager for inspecting & remain present during inspection by main-contractor's QC Manager / QC team.a7 - If your inspection request (IR) is passed by main-contractor's QC team, then submit QC pass report to Quantity Surveyor (QS) for billing purpose.a8 - If your inspection request (IR) is rejected / failed by main-contractor's QC team, then co-ordinate with sub-contractor to remove material from Site, for re-work.

 Responsible for the Quality Product should reach to the customer by adhering quality. Inspecting incoming material/sub-assemblies from sub-contractor, comparing with the drawing Prepare QC reports, complaint certificate & MTC as per the customer requirement. Responsible for pre-assembly inspection at Assembly stage and Final inspection before dispatch stage. Raise non-conformity report (NCR) for in housing problems. Vendor Development. Applying Quality Tools for identifying and solving problems. To reduce manufacturing cost through continual improvement receiving area. Responsible for quality issues and take corrective and preventive actions for the same (Both internal and external complaints) Performing stage wise job inspection & offering job for all client inspectors.
