Roles & Responsibilities: ➢ Analyzing and working on the requirements given by the Manager. ➢ Source the perfect resumes according to the Client/Vendor requirement from job sites like Monster, Dice, Corp-Corp and Local database. ➢ Review Resumes, Interview Candidates by phone, E-mail the Job description, checking his/her communication skills and Technical skills set up technical screens, Conduct reference checks and negotiate salaries. ➢ Posting the Requirements in multiple job portals. ➢ Submitting the candidates resume with contact details, availability, Visa Status, Rate, Years of Exp, Skill matrix, grading the technical skills. ➢ Train other recruiters by helping them in understanding the requirements and identifying the right resources. ➢ Maintained and updated weekly activity reports. Database Maintaining ➢ Maintaining the database of resumes i.e. Platform wise, Experience wise and updated candidate/Client database for current and future Job opportunities. ➢ Requesting the consultants for details of their colleagues, friends who are looking out for projects.• Involved in Full life Cycle of Sales Recruitment • sourcing, identifying, the Requirements from Top vendors to place Consultants in quick turnaround time in contract, contract-to-hire and permanent positions • Responsible for full cycle of end to end recruitment. • Establish and maintain a good relationship with the employees, vendors and the clients • Marketing our bench own consultants to the suitable requirements • Collect sort and distribute mails • Support our team during walk-in's at the client end. • Maintain the Database of the profiles screened and submitted. • Marketing our bench own consultants to the suitable requirements
