About the Project ‘FOCUS’ ‘FOCUS’ is a Johnson’s Controls’s Integration platform for dozens of aging ERP Apps with in the system for the purposes of increasing the automation, modernize the processes and increase the transparency hence better business. This is aimed to improve the global procurement standards and reduce manual interventions for multiple stakeholders such as employees, suppliers and customers. This is a platform built over Oracle Apps systems using Mulesoft. Key Responsibilities.• Develop features and strategies for Integration Needs • Develop well-informed hypotheses, run experiments/validate them and evangelize product roadmap• Work with Business teams, Engineering & peers to gather requirements & produce product specifications• Work very closely with development leads to plan and track features and releases• Ideate, experiment & execute features that will drive adoption; perform A/B testing, user research; Track metrics & continuously strive to improve them Product

Key Responsibilities include • Ideate, plan, and design a global data migration strategy for 100+ applications to Global ERP system. It also includes database design, planning and implementation of any new applications using Oracle 12c and R12.2.5 ERP instance in Linux environment. Planned and executed multiple big bang phases of project. Selected Contributions:• Led the development and global market launch of cutting-edge servitization solution for payment activity, accelerating average transaction-processing time from days to Realtime. • Well versed with Order-to-Cash (O2C), Procure-to-Pay (P2P) business processes and varied modules of erp like General Ledger, Payables, Receivables, Order Management, and Purchasing and Inventory module implementation. Development of Digital/IT enterprise architecture capability strategy to support the strategic requirements of the business• Devised and implemented comprehensive policies, guidelines, and procedures to ensure development integrity.• Built and maintained mutually beneficial relationships with vendors in integrating with third-party tools and platforms.• Participated in Architecture Review Board (ARB) and Technical Review Board (TRB) and Design Authority meetings.• Develop strategies for data acquisitions, data recovery, & enterprise level database implementation. • Analyzing, Designing the Change Requests for new releases for any new upgrade projects.• Define enterprise-level standards (coding, architectural, migration), platform and tool selection.

Worked at Toshiba Head Quarters in Tokyo, Japan in various roles of Developer, Lead Consultant eventually rose to roles of Solution Architect. Key Responsibilities include • Application and database design, planning and implementation of any new applications, Project Management Activities and solution design for implementation.• Responsible for high level system design of complete Japan Supply chain system. Complete Shipping operation design, Sample Operation design, Warehouse integration design, Shipment consolidation design, Web Tool Design.• Design, planning, and also collaborated with clients and infrastructure teams to architect, design, and develop enterprise solutions • consulting activities with clients for designing solutions specific to critical business process.• Authored and/or reviewed architecture/design and other technical documents ensuring high quality deliverables and systems development across tech stacks and applications teams.
