I had a wide span of responsibilities within the organization Global Supply Chain:- Drove Lean frameworks & Road maps - Cycle Time/Lead Time reductions- Lead a large plant transfer project with many involved functions and project members- Initiated and implemented daily standardized production pulse meetings- Responsible for several actions work outs with various themes- VSM, Information and Material flow, Inventory optimisation, Scrap levels, - Lead a one-year project with many participants, within GEs gold standard in Lean called “Lean Certified Line”. It contained 30 assessed criteria’s. After being audited by a global team, we were successfully certified.

• Managed a production section producing intermediate Bioprocess media for the pharmaceutical industry. • Direct reports consisting of several process engineers and two shifts of operators. • Responsible for responsible for multimillion USD output annually.• Together with my team we ran at all-time high in production, at the same time reducing the lead-time significantly. My team also went from being among those with the least number of implemented Kaizens to having the most in the Uppsala site. • In parallel, together with a colleague I lead a global project to improve our certificate handling and reducing no of customer complaints. The project was a great success and got appraisal by senior leaders.

• Managed a large high tech product portfolio for GE Healthcare’s medical diagnostics business.• Handled direct sourcing and contract manufacturing suppliers. • Managed Supplier Request for Proposals (RFP) • Initiated benchmarks for possible supplier transfers where there was potential• Worked with a supplier to identify a great productivity initiative for a relatively small NRE (Non Recurring Engineering) cost, which was implemented with a RoI time less than one year. • Optimized the raw material warehouse for the whole product portfolio which enabled having less tied up cash• Initiated BCP strategies for critical parts

Chalmers Student Buildings (CSB) is an apartment construction company which has approximately 1800 tenants. I was voted in the committee of trustees and our task is to negotiate the rents with the company on a yearly basis. I also handle the large scale economy of the committee and organize some tenant events every year.

The popular cafeteria is a million crown business in turnover and is run by students at Chalmers. During the semesters it is the second most coffee selling cafeteria in all of Sweden. I was voted in to the board of directors as the head of Human Resources and was in charge of employment, handling salary payments and having staff meetings etc.
