For a BPM product: 1. Designed, developed and implemented a 'Configuration Basliner' module which baselines configuration parameters and checks them periodically for any changes. 2. Designed, developed and implemented a disaster recovery module - this module automates the disaster recovery process in an organization. 3. Designed, developed and implemented a module to integrate a monitoring system (SCOM) with a ticketing system (Sapphire). 4. Developed and implemented a process and related modules to automate the on boarding and termination of an employee.5. Designed a new Perl library: This library takes care of all the “often used” functionalities required to implement the BPM product across organizations.

Joined the FirstData team at Austin, Texas and was involved in developing the following through agile methodologies:1. Development of an IVR product - The IVR or interactive voice response system was developed using Object Oriented Perl. My role was a developer in the project under the guidance of a Senior Architect. 2. After moving to Chennai, played the role of a team lead for 8 resources and mentored them to take up work in FXWeb. During this time, I was also involved in designing new features, coding and performing code reviews, and performing appraisals for resources. Worked predominantly in Object Oriented Perl, Unix and Oracle. For the front end, used a home grown framework done entirely in Perl.

Developed enterprise level applications in Object Oriented Perl which automate DSL provisioning for an American telecommunications major. Performed the role of a module lead, leading a team of 3 developers. Worked mostly in Object Oriented Perl, Oracle and Unix. The front end was developed in CGI.
