End-to-end responsible for overall risk assessment for Employee Safety, Production, Product Quality, Cost throughout, WIP and Material Variance and also ensure necessary control measure taken place effectively against the target.2. Responsible for Identifying opportunities to improve the existing manufacturing system and process needs and goals, track progress against goals, and identify action plans to address gaps. 4. Regular and active participation in World Class manufacturing concepts such as 5-S, TPM, Kaizen Blitz, Poka-Yoke, Fault Tree Analysis, SWOT Analysis, 8D methodology and Lean manufacturing in the shop floor. 5. Successfully achieved 95% of yield in Backlite glass manufacturing through continuous implementation of Kaizen Blitz, Poka-Yoke, and Standardization,CAPA, and mixed improvements against all possible causes in FTA.6. Able to perform in-depth investigation into process problems using WCM concepts and improved performance through continual improvement. 7. Developed, continually improvement in grey glass manufacturing processes to achieve the highest yield performance from 85% to 93% consistently. 8. Minimized downtime constraints in KT furnace to increase productivity from 280/hr to 290/hr. 9. Identify opportunities to improve the existing manufacturing systems and implement kaizens, Poka-yokes to improve process effectively. 10. Standardized all existing manufacturing systems across all shifts. Document all the implemented manufacturing system and achieve them for future reference or usage. 11. Ability to guide, train and motivate team of young company apprentices and operating engineers. 12. Record date and analyse information pertaining to Manufacturing system for improvement or proliferation.
