I have over 10 years of experience in facilities management, specializing in overseeing technical teams and the operation and maintenance of various systems and equipment. My expertise includes managing HT/LT systems, UPS, chiller plants, HVAC systems, DG sets, hydro pneumatic systems, fire fighting systems, WTP, STP, elevators, plumbing systems, FAS, BMS, security systems, and ELIP and Mel eye systems. I am skilled in executing, operating, and maintaining plumbing, civil, and carpentry work, and in preparing and following up on planned preventive maintenance (PPM) schedules for all equipment.
