I have over 10 years of experience in facilities management, specializing in overseeing technical teams and the operation and maintenance of various systems and equipment. My expertise includes managing HT/LT systems, UPS, chiller plants, HVAC systems, DG sets, hydro pneumatic systems, fire fighting systems, WTP, STP, elevators, plumbing systems, FAS, BMS, security systems, and ELIP and Mel eye systems. I am skilled in executing, operating, and maintaining plumbing, civil, and carpentry work, and in preparing and following up on planned preventive maintenance (PPM) schedules for all equipment. My responsibilities include regular planning of daily activities for technical and project work, managing AMC and warranty trackers, negotiating with OEMs, and monitoring and controlling the consumption of power, water, electricity, and materials. I hold regular meetings with vendors to ensure smooth operations of technical services and handle various liaison activities, such as MD reduction, electricity duty exemption, and DG registration.Additionally, I am experienced in preparing audit documents for HSE and OHAS, and in facing yearly audits from clients. I am proficient in solving and repairing electrical and plumbing issues related to the aforementioned systems and in making electromechanical changes for the efficient operation of machines.
