Significant Achievement:• I created an Excel-VB application to generate lending assessment letters and posted to NZ Post through SFTP. This solution 100% reduced the BNZ loan agent’s manual effort of printing and posting to customers.CCCFA Regulation Reporting: CCCFA Act requires Bank is obliged to provide customer’s affordability & suitability assessment data for RBNZ Significant Achievement:• I created Hadoop-Spark Extracts for the metrics requested by RBNZ. This has reduced the SLA for submitting to RBNZ from 26 days to 10 days. Data Governance & Data Protection: This project captures & loads BNZ’s Critical Data Element into Informatica EDC and from Informatica Axon Business Glossary. Significant Achievement:• As the BNZ’s first project in AWS cloud, I created a tactical solution using Python pandas data frame script which ingested the Data Lineage Excel data into Informatica EDC that showed the lineage capabilities for the Business users to invest towards the strategic solution.Comprehensive Credit Reporting: This project deals with BNZ Bank’s customer credit reporting to Centrix, DNB and Equifax Credit Bureau’s Significant Achievement:• Significant cost & resource reduction achieved while on-boarding DNB credit bureau after go-live due to efficient database layer design.
