Current- Setting up and implementing ISO 17025 system for testing center along with preparation of various SOPs.- Providing training for laboratory leaders and technicians.- Responsible for purchasing and overseeing installation and setting up machinery.- Preparation of products' safety datasheets according to European legislation.- Assisting in the preparation of technical material and method statements.- Providing technical support needed in the development of new products, enhancement of current products and testing them as per international standards.- Assistance in troubleshooting issues with production, application of materials on site, formulation...etc.- Assisting procurement department in finding new possible alternative sources of raw materials and new raw materials that can enhance current products.- Development and enhancement on a number of construction products.Achievements:- Development of full epoxy based conductive flooring system, self levelling and coating products complying with ASTM F150 conductive range requirements “Strongcoat Conductive range”- Development of various epoxy based coating and multi-layered epoxy floor systems.- Development of hot applied bitumen waterproofing membrane and joint plug products using recyclable materials like used motor oil and used crumb rubber from car tires “AquaSure, Donseal Asphalt Plug”- Development of various grades of PVC waterstops “Hydrostop range”- Development of epoxy tile adhesive and grout using recycled glass as part of the formulation “Prolast”- Development of various epoxy-based products such as adhesives, coatings, anchoring materials, and repair products - Assistance in development of cement-based products (i.e. tile adhesives and grouts, repair materials and cementitious flooring) as well as acrylic and sealant products (i.e. single and multi-component sealants, coatings and plasters).- Development of special additive for treatment and recycling of returned concrete “Donplast RC500”
