- Manage incidents & perform deployments for 20+ applications in CIB & Securities Services. - Validate the deliverables before pushing into PROD Environment by closely working with DEV team & BA team across Europe.- Monitor all INFRA assets of the environment by Daily checks. - Resolutions of incidents with Root cause analysis.- Creation of Autosys & DU Batches using UNIX shell & WIN scripts.- Application patch installation & package deployment (Release) on WIN & UNIX servers.- Application accounts management – FTP & Database.- Refresh of Environments with PROD DB dumps & Snapshots.- Data Extraction & Updation by SQL query execution on Oracle DBs.- Application resource & process management on WIN & UNIX platforms.- Outage publishing & Follow-up on incidents escalated to Server administration team till resolution.- Participate in meetings involving DEV, BA & Server administrators on regular basis - Environment Planning, Stabilization & Enhancement.- Generate Daily reports and monthly dashboards/KPIs to measure the volume and quality of service.- Participate in performance review meeting with Paris management on regular basis – Quality of service, volume metrics & skill matrix.- Managing Standard Operating Procedure repository – Creation, Updation & Validation.- Manage client relationships and expectations to improve the process, tools adhering to global standards.- Manage virtual access to SG network and premises through tools like RSA SecurID and VirtualSA.
