My Projects and Achievements:1) Swift server’s backup including DB, SVN, Email. - Understanding the DB administration Process and able to take backup, restore, Job management etc.- Playing with scripts and task scheduling to automatically backup huge size of DB, SVN files, Emails etc.- Space management in windows (Specially data drive, log drive and System drive).- Backup/Restore in MSSQL /Mysql.2) System Center Configuration Manager setup and practice for implementing it in swift Network.- Able to push Configuration Manager on all clients automatically from server so that it can take different types of updates including security, critical updates etc.- implementing Centralized Endpoint Protection such that all the PC are updated with the latest security patches.- Implementing automatic pushes of software and application by system administrators, by eliminating manual installation and updating of software’s.3) Windows AD Migration of IME HO.- Gained knowledge of Windows server including server 2003,2008, 2008R2 and 2014.- Able to know solid knowledge about FSMO roles of Active Directory Domain Services.- Successively migrate AD server from 2003 to 2008 R2 with zero downtime.5)Website hosting in Linux and Windows.- Hosting a website in IIS and Apache also can able to trouble shoot different types of errors like 404, 403 forbidden, 502 Bad gateway etc.- Publish a file according to the developer’s requirements.6) System Monitoring and Reporting of swift DC and IMEPAY DC- Monitoring different UAT, Staging and Live server along with the application, DB, IIS.- Monitoring status of server including Memory, Disk, CPU and other resources.- Configuring and monitoring the different monitoring tools including Nagios, Zabbix etc.- Real-time monitoring of ISP bandwidth Graph.- Monitoring Network Traffic using Wireshark, Ping Plotter and Paping.7) Centralized Antivirus Setup on server and deploy in more than 200 systems through AD.

- In the training phase i had worked as a technical support Engineer. As a technical support Engineer, I had worked to help a company deal with internal tech issues,or assist customers or clients with external tech issues where i provide support in person, on the phone, or even over the computer. The issues might help to fix including computer hardware or software problems.- Beside this I have worked as a L1/L2 supporter where my primary task is to respond to the issue by assigning tickets and solve that issue if possible otherwise forward to L3 level.- This experience has definitely boosted up my depth technical knowledge including hardware and software and i also developed my interpersonal skills that are required in real industry.

As a teacher, I have acquired experiences of conducting classes and tests,psychology of students, grading papers for more than 600 students.
