As a Senior Analyst at The TJX Companies, I apply my analytical skills and merchandising knowledge to support the buying and planning teams in delivering profitable and customer-focused strategies. I joined TJX in Feb 2023 after completing their Merchandising and Buying Development Programme, where I gained hands-on experience in various aspects of the retail business, such as product development, sourcing, pricing, and allocation. Prior to that, I worked as a Learning Support Assistant at Breakthrough in Education, an organization that provides special education services to students with learning difficulties. There, I developed my passion for helping others and my skills in communication, collaboration, and problem-solving. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Politics and International Relations from the University of Leicester, and I also studied Sales and Economics at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro as part of a study abroad program. I am interested in the intersection of politics, economics and retail. I aspire to contribute to the social and environmental sustainability of the industry.
