Recovered over AED 10m on annually• Issue settlement credit & debit notes, discharge receipt upon finalization of a claim. • Maintain proactive approach and met deadlines, as required.• Periodic review of claim reserve of outstanding claims and update reserves and/or conclude as necessary.• Communication with direct clients, brokers, fronting reinsurers, and fac reinsurers
