As head of the Region, I was In charge of all 5 NHPC’s Power Stations (2130 MW ) in UT of J&K. During the period I had an additional charge of the Ladakh Region ( 2 PS of 89 MW ) and Banikhet Region ( 5 PS 1389 MW ) Accordingly, the Head of these power stations directly reported to me and I acted as a catalyst in their major decision-making. I was responsible for all activities of the region including liaising with the state Govt corporate office and centre govt. agencies including MOP . I was in charge of the Regional Contract Division, Regional Planning, and cost Engineering division. The Contract Division of all the projects in the region also used to take consultation from me time to time for sorting out their complex contractual issues.During the above period, The corporation's projects having the Highest annual PAF incentive, Highest Deviation, Highest Generation, and Highest profit were from this region. During that period I was also Head of the Sawalkote H E Project, (1856 MW ). The work on pre-investment activities including infrastructure activities was taken up in the project.During the period I had great experience in contracts as well as in heading a region with multidisciplinary projects

Corporate Office (Project Investigation Division , Quality Assurance Division )

Looked after survey work and drilling work in the investigation projects. During the period record drilling work was done. In addition, the DPR of the Duggar HE Project was also submitted before the schedule and work on the preparation of other DPR was taken up. During the small part of the period I also looked after quality assurance works at the corporate office

Sewa Power Station Mashka Khatua Jammu And Kashmir

Being head of the project I was involved in and responsible for every activity of the Power Station. Apart from technical issues, handling local issues and liaisoning with District and state administration was also the responsibility of the HOP. During my tenure, the power Station achieved a plant availability factor of over 104 % and was awarded the best power station of NHPC under ROR ( year 2018-2019 ). Corporate Office Faridabad

Had an opportunity to work in the Corporate Contract Division in 2nd tenure. Being in charge of the policy aspects of Contractual matters, have redrafted Particular Conditions of Contract for FIDIC 1999 based upon the experience gained from problems faced during execution, arbitration cases, and change in a construction industry environment. Associated for finalization of the Common Bid Conditions for all the hydropower utilities under the Ministry of Power. Processed and finalized major Civil and HM work Tenders invited on International Competitive Bidding (FIDIC) and domestic Bidding from the drafting of Bid Documents to award.Additionally, I processed and finalized Tenders for 2 nos Solar Projects (50 MW each). Handled post-award contractual cases of projects requiring approval at the Director/CMD/Board of Directors level. Teesta Low Dam Project Stage - Iv West Bengal

I Was responsible for field control and Contract Management of major civil works (FIDIC-based) of the Project. The work involved the construction of a Power House, Roller compacted Concrete (RCC) dam using FLY ASH which was being constructed first time in NHPC and it is the 3rd RCC Dam in India. I was also incharge of the Other activities such as Township works, project contract and Procurement Division, Technical Division, coordination and communication with the Corporate Office, Environmental aspects, Budgeting, Planning, including handling of local issues, and coordination with Local and State authorities were also entrusted to me.Gained experience in Field Contract Management (FIDIC-based) of major civil works Dam (RCC ) and Powerhouse of the Project. .I was also instrumental in the development of infrastructure facilities/ services for the Corporate Office and Township ( pprox.. 400 qtrs., marketing complex, Guest House, Clubs, etc.) at Faridabad. During the tenure, finalized the tender (preparation of documents to award) on ICB basis with FIDIC conditions for the Civil package of Chutak Hydro Electric Project (44MW) in Kargil, Nimoo Bazgo HE project ( 45 MW ) Leh, Repair of Channel of THEP and Finalisation of Tender of Civil works package of KotliBhel Hydroelectric Project, (195 MW) and looked after post-award contractual cases of the projects. Finalized the tender (preparation of documents to award) on domestic-based conditionsgained experience in processing of major work tenders from drafting tender documents to award and handling post-award cases of FIDIC-based as well as Domestic conditions-based contracts requiring approval at Director/CMD/ Board level.

Parbati Stage -Ii Hydro Electric Project Himachal Pradesh

I was in charge of the project procurement and contract division div and head of the Technical Division of the Project I had the responsibility of coordination and communication amongst far-flung sites of this Project encompassing a perimeter of about 120 Km. Being in the administrative office at Nagwain I had to address issues about environmental aspects, budgeting, planning, handling of local issues, and co-ordination with local and state administration. I also discharged the assignment of developing infrastructure and Township at Sainj and Nagwain comprising of pprox.. 200 no. of quarters, dispensary, clubs & guest houses, etc.Experience in monitoring coordination Contract and Planning
