Hello Everyone ! A warm welcome to my LinkedIn profile.I am Rajan Kumar. I belongs to Capital of India . I have completed technical education (Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, ITI + apprenticeship , CITS Craftsman Instructor Training Scheme From Hyderabad .I have 10 year Experience in Mechanical Engineering , Quality , Production, Tool Room, Maintenance, Technical Training , Practical and Theory Training in Mechanical Engineering Subjects . Currently I am working with Rockman Foundation which is social wings of Rockman Industries Ltd ( Rockman Company is a part of Hero group Company , Which is famous for manufacturing of Moter cycle and cycle globally ) .As a capacity of executive cum Trainer under the trade of Mechanical Fitter . Here I got opportunity to work and impart training to the needy students under the government scheme PMKK & PMKVY .Under the section of training we are covering the syllabus prescribed ( MSDE ) Ministry for Skill Development and Entrepreneurship. A part From this my role involved in instruction with different industries releted to industrial training and placement of the students.In Additional to Syllabus we also focuss on different assential of industry like 5s , Kaizen , Clita , Tpm , Safety , poka - yoke , Quality Etc .
