I have good knowledge of lettuce herbs, spices, dressing, caviar, cheese, flavoring and texture of dish. I have gained extensive knowledge of terrine, pate, Foie-gras, salmon, Carpaccio, Parma ham, bacon, beef cuts, salami, sausage and pepperoni.My key skills comprises in the Area of F & B production in cold section like Salads, hot and cold appetizers decorations, carvings and fast food. I have abilities to lead in all areas of kitchen including buffets, production, restaurant and main kitchen. I have the ability to handle latest kitchen equipments and tools. I have good knowledge of cost control, menu planning, maintaining duty chart and inventory. I have good skills at food presentation. I do my Job with sincerity.
