Roles & Responsibilities • To develop SOPs for Security and implement the same at Project site.• Responsible for training and development of security officers, supervisors and guards.• To conduct periodic site visit and ensure that security SOPs/Checklists are implemented properly.• Responsible for sourcing of new vendors.• To Conduct performance analysis of new vendors.• Responsible for cross checking of all the documents maintained by security officer and supervisor.• To conduct monthly security audit of site.• Coordinate with the local police authorities for theft, accidents etc.• Plan surprise visits at site to ensure that the security policies are in place.• To coordinate with different security agencies to ensure their performance are best at site.• To conduct periodical mock drills for emergency case.• To ensure that all fire fighting appliances are in place as per the company policy.• To Implement and maintain reward management for security officer and supervisor.• Responsible for leading and mentoring Marvel security team.• To enable security performance management in line with Marvel brand requirements.• To review and monitor performance of security agencies and Marvel security personnel, as per pre- defined KRAs.• Liaising with security vendors for performance review and timely payments.• To review & monitor CCTV performance across various sites.

Provide security cover to men, material and company property. Prevention of theft, sabotage, intrusion and pilferage, sabotage, terrorist attacks and any other incidents. Monitor & control entry / exit points of company, movement of man, material & Vehicles. Investigation of offences, incidents & follow up actions with submission of reports. To lodge police complaints of theft / unrest & request for assistance from police for Morcha etc./ reporting police party’s performance. To forecast/plan future strategy of Security. Control unauthorized movements & activities inside the company premises. Monitoring of Coal movement. Monitoring of Security gadgets & maintaining of records. Vigilance/Security rounds and Intelligence gathering. Monitor vehicular traffic & proper parking in & around company premises. Ensure that any damage to the perimeter fencing located & reported immediately for repair. Ensure proper illumination in & around the company premises. Ensure that all security posts are manned and security personnel are performing their duties as per Security Manual, SOPs & processes. Impart instructions & training to security staff. Check electric, water, steam, gas, oil, coal & chemical installations to detect damage & leakage from security & safety point of view. Keep liaison with police, IB, civil authorities, neighbouring companies. Handling and operating Multi Security Equipped Command & Control Centre. Handling & Operating of Advance communication system
