 30 + Experience (UAE) in various capacities including Tendering, Estimation, Project management, Engineering, Construction, Inspection, and Commissioning for onshore & offshore Oil/gas Projects. Worked with multinational work force in hostile environments of remote deserts, offshore platforms, and hazardous locations including grass root level Projects /, facilities. Participated in various technical & HSE training programs/ seminars, new & live plant risk workshops such as QRA, HAZOP, HAZID, PHSER, SIL and safety audits campaigns.  Worked as Client's representative, Consultant's representative and Contractor's representative at onshore/offshore sites and Project office. Carried out data collection for design, detailing and as built drawings. Involved in preparation and verification of tender documents, Bid packages, work/construction packages, material specifications, bill of materials, vendor data, operation and maintenance manuals, commissioning dossiers, punch list, inspection and hand-over dossiers. Participated in critical tasks of changing over from existing old facilities to new upgraded units / facilities without or minimum plant shutdown of onshore & off shore installations involving Process, Utilities, Control, Fire & Gas, ESD, etc. particularly related to Power & Utilities, Control rooms, Main Oil line pumps, Plant process packages, Loading jetty, Accommodation platforms
