SCOPE OF WORK CARRIED OUT:-• Review [specific types of technical documents] and list and confirm the completeness of the documents. • Select capable vendors for the respective packages by [specific process of vendor selection] and prepare the Bidder list for the respective packages, getting the approval for the same.• Preparing a Request for Quote (RFQ) with the respective commercial terms and special conditions needed for the specific project and ensuring they are reflected in the RFQ template.• Floating the RFQ to the selected vendors with all the necessary details and technical details in a secure file transfer with a considerable offer submission deadline.• Follow-up vendors for techno commercial offer submission, ensuring the receipt of quotes on or before the due date.• Forward the technical offer to engineering and [specific role of engineering in the process], coordinating with engineering and vendor for technical spec alignment.• After technical clearance and receipt of Technical Bid Evaluation (TBE).• Will start the commercial evaluation and align up the vendor commercial terms to SIP General Terms & conditions (GTC) and specific project conditions and get the confirmation• Preparing the commercial tabulation with TECHNICAL & COMMERICAL Loading and submitting the same to Bid Management

Ansaldocaldaie Boilers India Private Limited a) Procurement activities of boiler packages of 1 x 160 MW boilers of Nagai Power project b) Procurement activities of boiler packages of 1 x 406 tph boilers for IOCL Panipat Project c) Procurement activities of 2 X 320 Tph Boiler packages for the OPG Power Generation project. d) Procurement activities of boiler packages of 1 X 650mw Gas & Oil fired Boiler for the Suez Thermal Power Plant in Egypt. Role & Responsibilities on Procurement: • Vendor development, selection, and evaluation inducting into the system in connection with Mechanical and Electrical (Bought out/ raw materials/forgings/castings). • Procurement of Mechanical & Electrical components starting from floating enquiry/offer receipt/evaluation/negotiation/contract release/follow-ups / coordinating inspection/dispatch to site/goods receipt note/reconciliation • Active participation in ISO certification/assessment/reassessment etc • Manage the pre-award clarification meetings, negotiations, and contract finalisation with all contractors. • Monitoring the procurement schedules and short-term work plans to ensure timely execution of project implementation. • Ensure timely follow-up for Data sheets & QAP and coordinate with the Internal engineering Departments / Suppliers for Final approvals. • Finalization of the annual rate contract with the Transporter for shipments of finished goods to various Project Sites (Import and export). • Supplier Invoice Verification & approval of bills. • Monitoring the entire project execution on ordering / Dispatch targets; Generating / inventory handling/reconciliation of material; Maintaining the MPR for the projects; Developing and Submitting periodical Status Reports for the Supply of materials for different projects. • Exposure to SAP
