CurrentFinancial Planning and Analysis• Finance lead for the Salty Snacks Business P&L portfolio with Net Sales >$600MM• Partner with brand, business development, and cross functional finance teams to deliver both top-line and bottom-line growth for the brands• Deliver in-depth monthly/quarterly commentary for variances vs. prior forecast, plan, and prior yearKey Projects• Streamlined the monthly R&O process for brand team by automating the Net Sales/Profit impact with base volume assumptions reducing overall time to build R&Os by 5%• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, expanded on existing Innovation Project Scorecard to highlight financial impact driven by Grocery and Walmart individually• In conjunction with Foodservice and Refrigerated/Frozen Segments, key project lead to revise the current Cost Planning Template to be intuitive and user-friendly to drive more accurate product costing (ongoing)
