(SolidWorks 2017) iii) Preparing feasibility report, attending various design review. iv) Maintaining/studying records of change made in tools & past data analysis.v) Design & Development of special accessories like jigs & fixtures for complex parts.vi) Designing different gauges for new products. As a Development Engineer i) Timely completion of new product development/product modification/improvement as per timeplan & validation of manufacturing process.(by ERP/APQP)ii) Monitoring The performance through statistical data & cycle time (as per IATF TS 16949)iii) Preparing inprocess checklist, final checklist, process flow & process control plan (as per production plan)iv) Process improvements in machined & formed components (by taking trials)v) Preparing & verification of inspection reports/MTC/TC for parts as well as tools as per QA (Spectro./ hardness testers)vi) Ensuring System implementation and compliance through validation reports from HTR (SCADA) & SFD, report the deviation to higher management.vii) Preparing & ensuring PFMEA,SPC,gauge R&R, MSA, PPAP For given projects (as per AIAG 4Th Edition) viii) Capturing the rejection & rework for given projects & controlling the same by preparing CAPA in 8D format for all rejection at incoming stage ix) Conducting on job training for press shop workers & supervisors related the given projects.
